Yes. PRTax Live allows you to print all the copies you wish. However, the printed pages will have a "DRAFT" watermark. The watermark will be removed once you process your payment.

Once you e-file your return or print it to file on paper, PRTax Live allows you to print all the copies you need of the return or its schedules anytime. To print your copy:

1. Start the program.

2. Double click the return to be printed.

3. Click "Cancel" on the return's screen.

4. On the menu bar, click "Print" on the menu bar and choose "Selected Form".

5. Check the forms to be printed.

6. Click the "Printer Setup" button to choose the printer.

7. Click "Print".   

If you e-filed your return, it should display the confirmation number Hacienda gave you and  the watermark text "Radicado electrónicamente".

Make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your computer. To print, click “Print” and select the forms to be printed.

Yes. To print blank forms, click Print on the Menu bar and select Blank Form. A new window will display all the forms. Select the ones to be printed and click Print.

To print a draft of your return, do the following:

1. Open the program and select the return to be printed. The window showing the data of the return will open.

2. Click Next until the last window display the OK button. Click OK.

3. Click No on the dialog box asking if you wish to e-file your return.

4. Click Yes on the dialog box asking if you wish to print your return.

5. Click No on the dialog box asking if you wish to file on paper.

6.  The Choose forms to print window will appear.

7. Select the forms to be printed and the printer by clicking the Printer Setup button.

8. Click Print.

PRTax Live will print the selected forms with the Draft watermark.
