  1. After downloading the program, when I try to install it, a message indicates that the program is incomplete. What should I do?

    Your installation seems to be incomplete. Download PRTax Live again.

  2. I could not download the PRTax Live program from your Internet page. How can I download it?

    Please try again, and refresh your Internet browser. The programs are ready to download.

  3. I downloaded the PRTax Live program after installing it, when trying to open the program, the following message appears: “You do not have sufficient rights for this application”. What can I do?

    Install the program in “C:\” instead of “C:\Program Files”.

  4. I have Macintosh operating system on my computer. Can I use PRTax Live?

    PRTax Live runs only on Windows.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

  5. How can I uninstall PRTax Live?

    To uninstall the program, browse to C:\Program Files and delete the PRTax Efile or PRTax Live file.
