  2. What are the payment methods and where can I pay?

    You can pay online with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal or by a debit to your bank account.

    We prefer to receive your payment through the Internet. However, if you are experiencing difficulties when paying online use Visa, Master Card, American Express and pay by phone at (787) 622-7550 or use Cash or ATM and pay in our offices located at Hipódromo Street 753, Santurce, PR.

  3. If I paid for the program to prepare my return, do I need to pay again next year?

    Yes. This program is developed each year according to the requirements of Hacienda. You pay for the ability to prepare your tax return in the comfort of your home and to print it out on paper without watermarks. The e-filing is a free service provided by Hacienda.

  4. On the commercial version, if I make the payment, how many returns will I be able to file?

    Only one. You make the payment when filing your return, either electronically or on paper. Therefore, the system will allow you to make the payment for the return you are filing at that moment. If you fill out a new return with another social security number, the system will require the corresponding payment. You may file as many as you like.

  5. On the free version (e-file Short Form), how many returns can I e-file?

    You can e-file as many Short Forms as you wish.

  6. How much does the PRTax Live for specialists program cost?

    PRTax Live is a product for individuals; however, a specialist can use it. We do not have a special price for specialists, the price is the same: Short Form $14.99, Long Form $24.99, and the Short Form e-filed is free.
